Cinema has the power to influence the way we see and perceive the world. It can channel, mirror and evoke a wide range of emotions.
The aim of the workshop is to help children approach what they see with a critical eye, as well as to inspire them, allowing them to express their ideas in a creative way.
Stop motion animation is the ideal tool to introduce children to the magical world of cinema and to help them understand the basic principles of animation. Participating in the workshop, students have the opportunity to get acquainted with all the stages of filmmaking – from the basic idea to the basic principles of the script, from the creation of characters and settings to the shooting of scenes, the sound-on-film processes and, last but not least, the creation of film credits, in order to present a complete project at school, or to participate in children’s film festivals.
